From day one, I found the Greenspan team spearheaded by Tonia Tanguay to be proactive and very responsive to my many questions. Throughout the claim process Tonia continued to provide assistance alleviating the burden of managing the claim myself. She kept me informed and updated every step of the way. Greenspan had a team of consultants who assessed and measured our claim. Tonia led the team and presented the claim to the insurance company. She worked closely with the adjuster to maximize our recovery for every available coverage under our policy.

On March 2, I got a call from my good neighbor that my place was on fire and I thought right away about my dog Nikki...there was Nikki in the arms of a brave fireman.
