After the Butte Fire destroyed our home in 2015, a friend recommended that we hire Greenspan Adjusters International to manage our insurance claim. As I’ve told so many people, that was the best decision we ever made to get us through the morass of insurance language, revolving door of claim adjusters, documentation, and negotiations to reach our final settlement. Insurance matters are so complex, you can never know whether you’re being treated fairly and justly or ripped off. Something tells me that when people hire Greenspan, the insurance company just throws in the towel and gives you everything you deserve. Greenspan found money the insurance company owed us that they had not told us about and we would never have found. Hiring them was the best decision we made throughout this whole process. It’s not all about money, though. What Greenspan Adjusters International gave us was confidence and the peace of mind we needed when our lives were turned upside down by our loss.

Mr. Esteves has demonstrated outstanding performance and the ability to organize and lead negotiations. His engagements have been instrumental in permitting the PRPA to reach favorable transactions regarding structural damages at its regional airports and ports facilities resulting from the landfall of Hurricane Maria on September 20, 2017.

Mr. Esteves' strategies and interpersonal skills with the representatives of local and international insurance companies proved essential for handling our claim for the damages caused by the cruise vessel Norwegian Epic, which collided with Pier 3 of San Juan on February 12, 2019.

Mr. Esteves reached a significant agreement with the reinsurers' adjusters for the reconstruction project of Pier 3, which he also help coordinate with our Planning, Engineering and Construction Bureau. Moreover, his knowledge and unquestionable transactional skills allowed us to close the claims for earthquake damages to the Mercedita Airport and the docks of Pefiuelas, Guanica, and Guayanilla in the southern region of Puerto Rico on January 7, 2020.

On October 8th, 2018 my home was destroyed by devastating Tubbs wildfire in Santa Rosa, CA. We thought we were better prepared than many of our friends and neighbors. We had homeowner’s insurance and were confident that everything would be okay after the initial trauma. But we didn’t know what we didn’t know. we soon realized that as well-meaning as an insurance company might be, they had no obligation to tell us everything about our insurance coverage. We did what everybody does these days. We “Googled”. We spoke with our friends. We read every conflicting piece of information that we could and didn’t know whom or what to believe.
