Adjusters…sent qualified personnel on site and made calm of a hectic environment at Cat Cay. They provided individual attention promptly even as they handled claims of other insured on the island. The administration of the claim was very professional and communications were not overly delayed as frequently occurs in such a massive insurance undertaking.
