On June 17th, Adjusters International's Deputy Director Peter Potemkin will speak to members of Miami-Dade County's Local Mitigation Strategy Group. For this presentation, Mr. Potemkin will be addressing insurance-related issues in the FEMA Public Assistance Program.

Continuing on his Florida speaker's circuit, Mr. Potemkin moves on to the City of Tampa on June 18th. Here he will provide a half-day training to City officials on the FEMA Public Assistance Program.

The following day, it's off to the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) in Viera, Florida. The GFOA will be holding their regional conference at the Viera Government Center and have requested Mr. Potemkin’s presentation entitled "The Integration of FEMA & Property Insurance."

With more than 25 years in the public risk management and insurance industry and, having worked for five years as a Technical Assistance Contractor for FEMA—which included serving in a key position during the recovery following the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center—Mr. Potemkin speaks from a position of direct knowledge and experience.
