Preparedness is our greatest defense against disasters. Planning in advance and being organized can mean the difference between irreversible loss to your business, or a minor setback.

Disasters such as fires, floods, and tornadoes are still largely unpredictable. This means that you may not be available when disaster strikes as one would hope. This is all the more reason to prepare for what to do if a disaster should occur, and you are not present.

Businesses need plans in place for their operations to continue, and that they will have a property insurance program in place that will enable a full financial recovery. Here are a few examples of real-life scenarios business owners have faced in the past:
