Lucy joined our team as the Project Lead for the Disaster Resiliency initiative. Lucy has extensive experience in the disaster planning and recovery industries. In September of 2013, New York State DHSES assigned Ayoub to implement and manage a comprehensive database update of the State’s database of state buildings, the “Fixed Asset Inventory,” which contains over 19,000 building records. Lucy was selected as Project Manager to lead a specialized team of 38 engineering and architecture professionals in conducting in-house data mining and on-site facility assessments utilizing specialized resiliency assessment software. She has also worked on the State of New York: 4085-DR-NY, Hurricane Sandy. In compliance with FEMA Cadre Operations, Lucy developed work project response and prepared cost written value driven estimates to assist eligible applicants; coordinated State and Federal Deliverables to assist Applicant Clients.
